Social delinquencies and moral corruptions are subject to the penal code and the moral code of the society respectively. Acts viewed as crimes in one society may not be so in another. Within the Muslim society of Iran, where life is motivated by one’s beliefs and his fighting for them and where social security is involved in one’s health and safety, it is quite imperative to recognize the ways and means of training the children and teenagers as prescribed by Islam. Also, for the purpose of stopping the ever - increasing youth delinquency, a revised adult treatment of the problem is well in order. Everybody’s behavior being directed by his attitudes and beliefs, it is possible to justify an individual’s acts and motives on the basis of his or her attitudes. This article attempts to reach such a justification by mapping the youth corrupted behavior upon their attitude toward themselves, the others, and the social disciplines. The study is conducted by selecting two groups of teenagers, delinquent and normal, and using Likert test to illustrate the assumed behavior-attitude correlation.
